3. Coupons, Discounts and Rewards

Coupons and discount codes cannot be applied to items already marked as on sale, unless the specific coupon explicitly states otherwise. The maximum redemption value for rewards points or loyalty credits is $50.00 per transaction.

Only one coupon or discount code may be applied per order unless otherwise stated. Promotions, discounts, and reward programs are subject to change at any time without notice.

Loyalty Points Program AKA TexBiomed Bucks

The Texas Biomedical Consultants Loyalty Program (“TexBiomed Bucks”) rewards customers for purchases and engagement with our store. Participation in the Program is subject to the terms listed below.

Earning Points

Customers may earn loyalty points through:

  • Purchases made on our website. TexBiomed Bucks will be added to the user’s account 24 hours after product has shipped.
  • Promotions or limited-time campaigns
  • Referrals or special incentives (when offered)
  • Account-based activities (if applicable)

Points are only awarded for completed, paid orders that are not refunded, reversed, or charged back.

Points Value

Loyalty points have no cash value and are not redeemable for real-world currency.

Points may only be redeemed for discounts, vouchers, or offers offered by Texas Biomedical Consultants.

Texas Biomedical Consultants reserves the right to assign, modify, or limit redemption values at any time.

Redemption Rules

TexBiomed Bucks:

  • Cannot be transferred to another person or account
  • Are not redeemable for cash
  • Cannot be applied to taxes, shipping, or insurance unless stated
  • Cannot be combined with certain promotions unless explicitly permitted
  • Must be used only within the account that earned them

Discounts generated from points cannot be exchanged, refunded, reissued, or replaced.

Returns, Refunds & Chargebacks

  • If an order is:
    • Refunded
    • Returned
    • Charged back
    • Cancelled

    Then all points earned from that transaction will be voided.

    If points from a fraudulent or disputed transaction have already been used, Texas Biomedical Consultants reserves the right to:

    • Deduct equivalent points
    • Cancel rewards
    • Suspend accounts when abuse is suspected

4. Product Information

While we strive for accuracy, product descriptions, labels, and technical specifications are subject to change without notice.
All peptides are offered as-is, with all listed products Certificate of Analysis (COA) available at our Certificate page.
Purity is batch-tested but not guaranteed beyond the listed shelf life.

5. Order Acceptance & Fulfillment

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Texas Biomedical Consultants reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion, including if we believe it violates our terms of sale or poses legal risk.

6. Shipping & Risk

  • Orders are typically shipped within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Texas Biomedical Consultants is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers, customs clearance, or force majeure events.
  • Once a product leaves our facility, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier and the purchaser.

7. Returns & Refunds

  • Yes, we accept unused, unopened product returns less than 30 days after the original purchase date. You will be issued a full refund, minus the cost of shipping & the fulfillment fee once we receive the item.
  • If your product is damaged or lost during shipping, you must file a claim through Route, the the third-party Package Protection agency, to receive a refund or reship. Texas Biomedical Consultants is not held liable for damaged or lost packages.

All content on this site, including logos, text, images, and trademarks, is the property of Texas Biomedical Consultants and may not be used without express written permission.

13. SMS Program & Messaging Use Cases

Texas Biomedical Consultants offers a text messaging program. By opting in through our website chat widget, you may receive customer care messages, including support responses, ticket updates, appointment coordination, and follow-up communications related to your inquiry. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages through this program.

14. Opt-Out & Support

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text ‘STOP’ to 512-766-9969. After you send ‘STOP’, we will send a confirmation message and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. 15. Message & Data Rates

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive messages depending on your interaction with us. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

16. Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
